Opera Web 3.0 Launches a New NFT Analytics Tool

Web 3.0 browser Opera recently launched an NFT analytics tool to help people easily search and evaluate NFT-related projects.

Opera’s new tool DegenKnows aims to make NFT exploration easier by providing various tools both on-chain and off-chain.

This tool aims to provide more insights regarding NFT projects. Some of the off-chain data include social media features of an NFT, such as Twitter or Discord. Users can then use that data to better evaluate NFTs and the fundamentals of a specific project. Moreover, users can also see community engagement data on social media.

DegenKnows also provides a Smart Filter, which filters airdrops, transfers, and even potential scams.

This tool comes at the right time, as NFTs started to make a comeback because of Reddit NFTs, which have turned out to be a huge success. OpenSea data suggests that Reddit NFT collections have sold millions, with various collections being in the top 10 rankings of OpenSea in terms of trading volume.

Susie Batt, who is the leader of the crypto ecosystem of Opera, stated that the DegenKnows tool entails innovation and could be crucial in terms of NFT adoption.

DegeKnows is not necessarily free of use, however. All Opera browser users can use it for free, while non-Opera users only have limited access free trial. This could lead to increased use of the Opera browser.

As a Web 3.0 browser, Opera has facilitated crypto adoption in the past as well. For instance, Opera integrated Elrond, Fantom, and Near Protocol with its in-browser decentralized wallet.
