Europe’s first institutional NFT trading platform, ICI D|SERVICES (ICI Decentralized Services), has been launched. This is considered a groundbreaking digital asset management solution. This innovative platform is built on the MultiversX blockchain. This means that the platform leverages Web3 and blockchain technology. The official launch event took place at the Palace of Parliament in Bucharest, Romania, on April 26th, 2023. Additionally, the event was part of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Forum – CIP Forum 2023.

Moreover, this NFT marketplace shows how Romania is embracing the decentralized blockchain and Web3 ecosystems. The platform will operate like a traditional NFT marketplace. Several NFT Collections Launched On Romanian’s Institutional Marketplace
Several institutional NFT collections have already committed to launching on ICI D|SERVICES. Some of them are:
- Digital Collectibles from the Romanian Olympic and Sports Committee,
- Central University Library “Carol I,”
- Romanian Swimming World Champion David Popovici.
Popovici’s debut NFT collection, “ICONS of the Generational Circle,” is being auctioned on ICI D|SERVICES from April 26th, 2023. This NFT collection honors icons of Olympic sports.

These will span multiple sectors such as education, intellectual property, insurance, real estate, property titles, certificates of authenticity, energy certificates, supply and distribution chains, art, fundraising, and other digitizable assets.
