Burger King and Robinhood Partnership to Offer Free Crypto with Meals

Burger King customers may get a side of BTC, ETH, or DOGE with their Whopper for the next three weeks courtesy of a partnership with Robinhood.

More and more people are hungry for digital assets, therefore, Burger King has jumped on board. The fast-food chain has partnered with Robinhood to provide free crypto for its customers.

According to the company’s announcement on Monday, customers who spend $5 or more at Burger King in the United States will receive free crypto, mostly Dogecoin, from November 1 to November 21. The most fortunate customers might even get a Bitcoin or Ether. All that users have to do is sign up with Robinhood Crypto to get the coins.

Users must make a purchase using a code at participating locations on the BK app, website, or in-store to get the prize.

A total prize pool of 2 million DOGE, 20 BTC, and 200 ETH will be used to award the crypto prizes. Customers cannot receive more than one prize within a day.

Cryptocurrencies are becoming too huge to ignore from a commercial standpoint, therefore, more and more companies are getting involved with digital assets or NFTs.

The food sector has especially been friendly towards crypto, as big names like Burger King, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell have their own NFTs. NFTs are becoming a crucial marketing channel for major corporations, according to Cointelegraph.

Dogecoin, for example, has proven helpful in attracting new users to the cryptocurrency market. In the first five months of this year, the memecoin had a meteoric rise, and many new millionaires were created in the process.

Now this place has passed to SHIBA INU which recently reached a new all-time high and is now ranked as the 10th most important coin.
