The Coinbase Wallet will stop supporting four significant tokens as of December 5.
The wallet will not support the networks for Stellar (XLM), Ripple (XRP), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and Ethereum Classic (ETC), according to a November 29 announcement on Coinbase’s help site. The cryptocurrency company decided to cease supporting the four tokens on December 5 due to poor usage of the tokens.
The notice stated that this does not imply that the valuables of users would be lost. “Any unsupported asset that you hold will still be tied to your address(es) and accessible through your Coinbase Wallet recovery phrase,” read the statement.
